WHEN WILL MY ITEM SHIP?
Orders are processed within 5 business days. In stock items shipping to addresses within the United States are sent by FedEx or US Mail (USPS) depending on weight and usually take 7-10 business day to arrive. Made to order items may take up to 21 days to be processed and delivered (subject to change depending on supply constraints).
If you do not receive your order within the time frames above, please contact Customer Service.

Please check your Spam box — 99% of the time, you will find it there. It’s also possible that you entered the wrong email address. If you still have problems, go back to the store, navigate to the “Contact” page, and send us an email.

WHAT IF I ORDER THE WRONG SIZE?
If you find that you have made an incorrect order, please notify us immediately by contacting customer service. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However, if the product has already been shipped, we will be unable to change any portion of your order. We will not be able to add items to an order once it has been submitted.
